Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy covers the Nexpert website at nexpertai.com. It explains what personal information we collect here and what we do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Data that customers connect to the Nexpert service, such as email and Spire records, is covered by the agreement with that customer, not by this policy.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address and anything else you include.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records basic request information, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run and protect the site.

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or tracking pixels on this website.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and, if you ask, arrange a demo.
  • To keep the website running and secure.

We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Contact form messages are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we're in touch with you, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a customer.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@nexpertai.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you aren't satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
